Construction, Industrial Risks and Insurance
Lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2005, Didier Epstein assists construction industry players, companies involved in private and public works contracts, public and private developers, and investors, for real estate operations (residential and commercial) and the construction of all types of buildings.
He provides advice as well as litigation support in construction law and insurance law before administrative and judicial courts, and also uses alternative dispute resolution methods.
His practice covers all stages of a project’s life cycle, from the contractual stage (drafting/auditing contracts) to the contract performance (contract management, claims management during execution, financial claims, relations with subcontractors, monitoring of judicial or amicable expertise), or after completion of the work (post-acceptance defects, builders’ guarantees, insurance management, expertise).
