Élise Taieb

Lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2015, Élise Taieb assists public and private entities (companies involved in public and private works contracts, construction and real estate development companies, and concessionaires), particularly in relation to major infrastructure projects, and in the construction, real estate, hospitality, and industrial sectors.

She provides advice as well as litigation support, both in public and private law, for all issues related to the drafting and performance of their contracts (drafting and interpretation of contracts, contract management, claims and financial expertise, relations with subcontractors), and for difficulties encountered during construction (defects, technical expertise, liabilities, and guarantees).
