Lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2005, Laura Ceccarelli-Le Guen assists public and private project developers with the regulatory aspects of their real estate, development, and infrastructure projects: project feasibility, changes in urban planning regulations, permitting procedures, implementation of procedures (public debate, consultation, public inquiry, environmental assessments, etc.), amicable and compulsory acquisition strategies (expropriation, preemption, designated development area (ZAD), etc.), auditing of urban planning and environmental permits; litigation management and negotiations.
She specialises in optimizing and securing all procedures required to complete development operations, major estate programs, and infrastructure projects in accordance with applicable regulations (expropriation code, urban planning code, environmental code, etc.).
She conducts training sessions on these topics and teaches urban planning law and litigation for the Master in Urban Planning at the Urban School of Sciences Po, where she is a member of the educational council.
