Nathalie Carré

Lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2007, Nathalie Carré provides advice as well as litigation support to various parties (including main contractors, subcontractors, and project managers) in connection with private and public works, in particular for major infrastructure projects and projects in the construction, real estate, and industrial sectors.

Her area of expertise includes public procurement law, construction law, public property law, land management law, and environmental law. She assists her clients with contract monitoring and management, technical and financial expertise monitoring, drafting and managing claims, as well as dispute resolution before administrative and judicial courts and through alternative dispute resolution methods (judicial or private mediation, conciliation, amicable dispute resolution committee).

She also provides litigation support regarding legal and contractual liabilities and guarantees of manufacturers.
