Roland de Moustier

Lawyer at the Paris Bar since 1999, Roland de Moustier’s practice focuses on public business law. His area of expertise includes public procurement law, complex real estate arrangements and development, economic regulation, and energy law.

He regularly works in the waste, energy, leisure, social housing, transportation, and telecommunications network sectors.

He assists operators, candidates or buyers, in the pre-litigation or litigation management of public procurement contracts, as well as in the implementation of complex real estate arrangements or calls for projects.

He also provides advice on contract performance: at the stage of financial and technical execution; at the stage of early or regular termination (delivery of goods, liquidation statement, etc.); or to conclude amendments or protocols.
